At Floor Trader Wholesale, we believe a great floor is only as good as its installation. That’s why we partner with a select network of independent, licensed, and bonded professional installers who serve customers throughout the Pacific Northwest.
1. About Our Installers
• All installers are independent contractors — not employees of Floor Trader Wholesale.
• They are vetted, experienced, and trusted professionals who have consistently delivered
quality work for our customers.
• Our Recommended Installer List is provided exclusively to Floor Trader Wholesale customers
for the purpose of obtaining estimates and installation services.
2. Important Customer Information
• Floor Trader Wholesale does not provide installation services.
• We do not accept any payment for installation or labor-related services.
• All contracts, pricing, and payments for installation are between the homeowner and the installer directly.
• Labor warranties are also between the customer and the installer.
• Homeowners are responsible for verifying the installer’s current license and bonding status.

3. Labor & Service Details
• All labor, including moving of furniture, is billed separately ('à la carte') by the installer.
• Customers should discuss all work details directly with the installer and request a written
breakdown of all labor and services included in the estimate.
• Get all estimates in writing for clarity and recordkeeping.
• If you have any concerns or questions about your installation, contact your installer first.
4. Installation Option During Online Checkout or Quote Request
When completing your online quote or order form, you’ll see this question: “Do you need installers?”
® Yes / No
If you select “Yes”:
• Our team will be notified that you are interested in professional installation.
• You’ll receive a list of recommended installers to choose from.
• The installer you select will contact you directly to discuss project details, pricing, and
scheduling.
If you select “No”:
• Your order will be processed as a materials-only purchase.
• You are responsible for arranging your own installation.
5. Post-Installation Support
• If you have concerns or feedback, please contact your installer directly.
• You will receive a post-installation survey to share your experience. Your feedback is shared
with the installer and helps us maintain the quality of our recommended installer list.

installation experience.
